Orlesa Poole, LCSW-C
Orlesa Poole specializes in working with high-conflict couples, new parents and partners recovering from infidelity. With advanced training in the Gottman Method, Imago Therapy, and perinatal mental health, Orlesa brings a calm, direct, and deeply empathetic approach to even the most intense relationship challenges. She’s known for helping clients cut through the noise, take responsibility, and rebuild trust and connection, without shame or judgment. With a master’s in Clinical Social Work from The Catholic University of America and over a decade of experience, she brings both expertise and heart to every session.
Daniela Morillo, MSW
Dani is a warm, goal-oriented therapist who helps individuals, couples, and families turn conflict into growth. She specializes in high-conflict dynamics, strained communication, and the emotional toll of anxiety, depression, and trauma. At Poole Conflict Solutions, Dani works closely with clients to set clear, actionable goals and create real, lasting change. Her approach combines evidence-based strategies like CBT with a strengths-based lens, helping clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. With a master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Tulane University and years of hands-on experience, Dani brings deep empathy and practical tools to every session.
